A little about me…. I have been in Title Insurance as a searcher, examiner, residential/commercial closer and sales executive for many years. I have the ability to handle all types of transactions and all types of people. I am able to read a room and know and understand the needs of the people I am notarizing documents for. First time homebuyers, no problem, able to answer all of their questions and explain the documents to where they can understand what they are signing. Experienced seller? Able to move the transaction along quickly. Commercial? Builder? Never a problem to answer the difficult questions, or know when to make that call.
